Are these sentences OK?
I see now how wrong I was.
I realize now how wrong I was.
Today I've realized how wrong I was.
It took me a long time to realize how wrong I was.

They are all fine. ..
I would probably say, "Today, I realized" and not "Today, I've realized" since it is a finished 'action'
