Is it correct to say “I don’t think she does so”?
Example:
Liz: I have no clue, ask her.
Ray: I don’t think she does so.

If Ray's response is intended to mean that he doesn't think that the other person Liz is suggesting he ask knows the answer, then it should be "I don't think she knows', OR, "I don't think she knows either" .

"I think think she does"
