To be clear -
That's really, really, really vulgar language. It's disrespectful to the girl. It's disrespectful to women in general. It is disrespectful to anyone who overheard them. It is rude. It is crass. Do not repeat this at all. If someone says it to or around you - that person is a jerk. Avoid them.
But basically, the first is asking whether the second one finds the girl attractive (in a very crude way). The second is answering (again, in a very, very, very rude way) that he does not. And then he just randomly insults the girl on top of that.
