How do you say this another way? I don't go through with it. If I say; I don't make it go all the way. Is it OK?

"go through with" something = do something you planned to do, even though you might not want to do it anymore THey weren't sure they loved one another anymore, but they went through with the wedding as a synonym you could say "do (something) reluctantly"
