They're all grammatically correct.
As Gary said, they're not necessarily "true" (that depends on whether someone named Ali really broke a window or not).

'true' is not the word you want. 'true' means 'factually correct', it doesn't mean 'grammatically correct'.
'The sky is blue' is true and correct.
'The sky is green' is not true, but the language is correct.
'The sky are blue' is almost true, but incorrect.
