I should also tell you that if you wanna learn Portuguese with series you can't only watch it in portuguese with subtitles in your own language. you should watch most of the time in portuguese with portuguese subtitles. lemme explain you better: steps 1. don't watch it all, just a few minutes, 'cause this way you are gonna be seeing so many new different words and expressions that you are not really gonna hold on, so try to see a maximum of 10 minutes of that, don't over power your mind, trust me, that is not either eficient. 2. watch the 10, 9, 8 minutes, whetever, in portuguese with English subtitles, so then you will have already understood what the secene talks about. 3. then, watch it in portuguese with portuguese subtitles, so any word or expression you note it's new, write it down. 4. watch it in portuguese without subtitles and try to comprehend the scene as much as you can. you can repeat it as much as you find necessary. don't forget to practice all the words you wrote down.
