They're grammatically correct but 
"最近何がありますか？"
"疲れましたからすぐに寝ます。" 
These two don't sound natural.

"最近何がありますか？" I assume you want to say something like "What are you up to?"
I would say "最近どうですか？”.

"疲れましたからすぐに寝ます。" 
から (because) sounds too casual to be used with polite form.  So ましたから is weird.
疲れたから is better.  But 疲れたので is better if you want to end the sentence with 寝ます。
