Ordering my favorite dishes 盐水鸡饭 and 北京烤鸭 Hi, I really enjoy eating "salt chicken" or 盐水鸡 in Chinese. The place I go to has options where you can buy a whole 盐水鸡 or you can buy a combo meal 盐水鸡饭 (or 海南鸡饭) that comes with rice and a small bowl of soup. I usually get the combo and wanted to know how to say... 1) "I would like 海南鸡饭 to-go, please." (打包？) 2) If I want to tell the lady to put the sauce (酱) on top of the rice, is this correct to say? 请把酱放在米饭上面，可以吗？What's the correct way to say it? Is there another way to say it? 3) I also very much enjoy eating Peking duck or 北京烤鸭 in Chinese. I am still not used to looking at the duck staring back at me (oh well, consider it my loss...) so if I want to tell the lady to cut off the head, should I say 割头吧 or 不要头? Or is there another way to say it? Thank you.
