The key to know when to use "mucho" and when to use "muchos". Is to look at the noun that they come with.
A. If it's countable, you use "muchos" in the plural."Yo leo muchos libros"
B. If it's uncountable, you use "mucho" in the singular. "Yo como mucho pollo".
