What's the adjective rougly meaning number from 20 to 29?
For example, I want to say "in my last twenty years, but it is not exactly 20, I just want to mention the number roughly." Do you know the adjective for that?

You could apply "-ish" years as a suffix.
-ish means roughly / around / thereabouts
In the last twentyish years.
However, this is very informal.

If you're wanting to describe a time period in which you were aged 20-29, we would call this your "twenties".
"During my twenties..." would be used to describe things you did during this time period, which is what I hope you're looking for?
Your "last 20 years" would refer to everything that happened in the last 20 years of your life not specifically to events that occurred during your "twenties".
Hope this helps.
