You could apply "-ish" years as a suffix. -ish means roughly / around / thereabouts In the last twentyish years. However, this is very informal.

If you're wanting to describe a time period in which you were aged 20-29, we would call this your "twenties". "During my twenties..." would be used to describe things you did during this time period, which is what I hope you're looking for?
