In an attempt/effort/endeavor to
Is this sentence correct?
She is willing to do anything in an effort to lose weight.
Can I replace “ in an effort” as “in an attempt” or “in an endeavour “?

You can use 'in an effort' and 'in an attempt' here and be correct. Endeavour could be used, but wouldn't sound natural. It's like a more formal word and would tend to be used in a more formal sentence structure e.g.. Endeavouring to lose weight she is willing to do almost anything..
