What are they implying? Hello! There's a letter I have to translate into Russian, but I don't fully understand what is mean by, "we are willing to report this agreement with a deadline of 180 days, if your company is seriously committed to engage into this business partnership." Would you be so kind and explain what it means? Thank you very much! Full context "Now, we have an active distribution agreement with one Ukrainian company, that didn’t bring any effective results. In this context, we are willing to report this agreement with a deadline of 180 days, if your company is seriously committed to engage into this business partnership. Obviously to settle this commitment, we will raise an agreement contract with your company."

Naomi has a good answer. Just by the way, the English version isn't very well written and I can see how it would be confusing

It sounds as if this company is wary of making commitments because a previous arrangement did not go well. They are willing to report (announce) a new arrangement with another company if a deadline (time limit for completion of the work) is set at 180 days. They want the new company to show that is seriously committed to this partnership by agreeing to this deadline (time limit). I hope this helps
