有 (一）只猫在桌下；有（一）只猫在桌上；有只猫在桌(子)前面；有只猫在桌(子)后面. “一” is also optional here after thinking twice about it.

You are doing great. I don't know the textual context you are using; Nomally we could say in this way: (把状语放在句子前面) 桌子下有只猫. / 桌子上有只猫. / 桌子前有只猫. /桌子后有只猫. If you are saying "THE cat is on the table", then translate it this way: "猫在桌子上"
