First of all thanks for your vital question There are 4 skills Reading Writing listening Speaking the most important I suggest that you can enrich your mind and improve all of 4 skills by 1 Watching videos on You Tube then write the new expressions or vocabulary that said and repeat them with a loud voice 2 Reading books about language as those which speak about prepositions /phrasal verbs /expressions etc 3 Flash cards /pictures are so wonderful and effective 4 Speak with many people face to face and on internet that will help you so much to improve your level ,express yourself in English and gain great confidence

What Beshoy said is correct. You should practice your reading, writing and listening skills. Improving those areas will also help to improve your speaking skills. I recommend doing things such as learning individual English words and also practicing reading and writing about topics that interest you. You should also practice your English listening skills with music or comedy television series and communicate in English more often (by texting, writing about topics or speaking). Note: You can find lyrics to songs on the internet. You can use subtitles for TV series or movies.

Find a competent speaker who can get you to practise in a meaningful and communicative way. Correction also is key for me so try to focus on saying things better in a more English way. Lastly, the more you speak, the more it becomes a habit and you will improve as a result :)
