Which sentence sounds right?
Hi there,
Could someone please tell me which sentence sounds right?

1. Manufacturing output has increased since we introduced the new technology.
2.Manufacturing output has been increasing since we introduced the new technology.

I would like to say the output still continues increasing since then until now.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Both 1 and 2 are grammatically correct, but they mean slightly different things.  "Has increased" emphasizes the current result, where the output is now.   "Has been increasing" focuses more on the process of change.   If you want to talk about that change over time ("since then"), then use #2.
