好想你，I think it means I miss you yes?, Why use 好?
I heared a song i really like called 好想你, now I think it must mean I miss you, but I'm not sure why? Why would you use 好? Thats like good to me and missing someone is not good! I only know 我很想你 and 我想念你。PLease could you explain or correct me if i am wrong on its meaning!

Hi,伊丽莎白，好想你，好in this sentence means “very much”、 “extreme ”、“很”，not means“good”,just like 好爱你、好喜欢你、好棒。

yes,好，is not only an adjective "good", but also an adver meaning "very much, or very', the same meaning as "很‘。
For example:我好喜欢小猫。 好快、好慢~~~~

I figure there is no need for me to answer your question, coz above answers are great. You can learn from those examples they provided to you.
BTW, I kinda don't agree with apple. Not only girls or someone like woman, (refer to his words), no offense, actually, coz those guys use "hao", especially lover or couples or good friends or pursuiting girls or boys among the people, young or old.
