What's the difference between "make a choice" and " "make a decision"?

Make a choice means having option then you need to choose.
Make a decision means you decide.

Decision is more serious and analytical.

They are similar concepts, but you CHOOSE what you decide to do - you would use "you have a choice between this action and that action" or you make a "decision" to DO this or that. The action verbs "choose" or "decide" are used like this - "I chose to come study in the U.S." or "I decided to come to the U.S. to study so the decision is your choice.
