English Grammar Hi friends what does "Can you start that back up with me?" mean? it should be can you start that to back up with me, shouldn't it? this sentence is from my native English friend but I'm confused.

No, the first of those is correct, though it sounds rather unnatural and is not a sentence à native speaker would normally use. It means something like can you begin that again with me.
