Hi~~~I am not quite sure about the second point which Carrie said above.
As I know, in north of china, especially Beijing and northeast provinces,people use words plus "~r" often in oral but not officially chinese.
And this grammar always has three functions.
First, to distinguish the meaning of words,for example, "Yidian" means one o'clock,but "Yidianr" means a little.
Second, to express the feeling of love or favorite.eg."Huar,xiaohair"or "fanguanr" in your translation.
The last, to express the condition or character of small,little,light and so on.eg."Milir" means small rice

Short comment:
 - The 儿  (er) that you add on fanguanr  -- this is a northern China accent.  It's not wrong, but it is a regional thing.  Southern China (Shanghai and below) doesn't do this.

Furen: Zhenghao, qing changchang ba(unsure about this sentance). Just the right amount, invite him often please?
I think a more correct translation would be:
It's great (just right).  Please try it.  Qing = 请 please, changchang = 尝尝， 尝试 changshi to try something.  吧 (ba) = (sure do it)

1.in the sentence" I often eat Chinese food. " the Chinese food translate "zhong guo cai" may be better than "zhongguo fan". 
2.in the sentence"Wo zuo-de bu hao. Wo chang qu Zhongguocheng de fanguanr chi fan. " the word “fanguanr” is wrong.you should say "fanguan",delete the "r ".
3. If the sentence "Mr White: Wei Dongshizhang he Dongshizhang furen de jiankang gan bei! " be translated to  "Wei Dongshizhang he furen de jiankang gan bei! "will be better.
