Easily I won the race. - Not likely, unless someone was trying to be noticed.

These are immodest. Maybe you would not hear them that often, except from children :)

First two are basically used the same, I suppose depending on where you want the emphasis.
The last one is what you would read in a book: 'Easily, I won the race'
