1/ It won't be long until he gets up to another mischief
2/ With an attitude like that, it won't be long until you get fired

Vernon’s answer is right. I would prefer “before “ instead of “until” in all cases, but “until” is ok.

3/ Being such a good (co)worker, it won't be long until Sara gets a promotion (gets promoted).
I put a few suggestions in parentheses (). You can use them or ignore them. It won't change the meaning of the sentence.
