the different use between some and any Is the sentence" is there any suits inthe wardrobe"correct? When need i use is or are?is it depend on countability and uncountability?

"Are there any suits in the wardrobe ?" This is correct, but you needed 'are', not 'is' because suits is plural. Using 'any' implies you think there's a fair chance there are NO suits in the wardrobe. Using 'some', you are more confident there are suits in the wardrobe. There's a chance there may be no suits, but you are more confident there are suits there.
