I wouldn't normally say 'write' and never 'draw' for punctuation - instead try put, place, add, insert, use, include, insert, type ...

I'm not sure about the context of your question so I'll take a guess.
We say "Please draw a triangle in the middle of the page."
"Part B: Write a paragraph briefly describing why you are interested in this job."
So, no, no punctuation is needed after "draw" or "write".
