Sentences that would be correct:

1. I do not see the ghost here / I don't see the ghost here
2. I have not eaten lunch / I haven't eaten lunch ("I didn't have lunch" is also fine)

All four sentences are incorrect.  A book such as English Grammar in Use by Murphy covers this in pages 1-10.  Perhaps a bilingual English teacher can help you.
