Short/little Hi, there Which of THESE two sentences is right? If someone says “I will give you ten days to finish the work”, should you say “That’s too LITTLE time” or “That’s too SHORT A time”? What about “That’s too short”? Thank you

Both those sentences are correct and natural. Simply saying “that’s too short” doesn’t make sense, the adjective needs to describe a noun.

You could say "that's too little time" although that sounds very formal, I think "that's not enough time" is the most natural way to say it.
