Not in standard English, no. "Do be" is not a valid construction in standard English. Use "are."

You can not say "There do be a lot of colloquial words in this novel." To emphasize the sentence, you could add "really." "There really are a lot of colloquial words in this novel." Adding "really" here both makes your statement sound like a confirmation and emphasizes it at the sam etime.
