The first version is awkward. Dropping articles is incorrect but common in certain types of advertisements [car 4 sale - scrape in left door]. The second version is almost correct. Here are correct versions: These apartments include features such as a kitchen fully equipped with A built-in refrigerator and (a) microwave oven. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with A built-in refrigerator and (a) microwave oven. These apartments include fully equipped kitchenS with built-in refrigeratorS and microwave ovenS.

Either is perfectly fine. But if choosing the second option you want to say a built-in refrigerator.
