"is friendly access" vs. "is a friendly access" - what's the difference in meaning?
Hello,
The full sentence is "Beyond the great content and the network, one of the most important things we got from EISP is friendly access to leading global companies that we can partner with and eventually have us as customers."

Is friendly access is plural in that it refers to continuing ongoing access rather than a single instance and access generally would be considered as an ongoing thing or a plural at least unless specifically designated otherwise eg a single access ticket
