The descriptive verb is often called as adjective in Korean grammar.
-ㄴ/은 is used for modifier present tense
-ㄹ/을 is used for modifier future tense
-었/았던 is used for modifier past tense.
e.g.
predicate : 날씨가 좋다
modifier present : 좋은 날씨
modifier past : 좋았던 날씨
modifier future : 좋을 것 같은 날씨
with 것 같아요. after 좋다.
present : 좋은 것 같아요.
past : 좋았던 것 같아요.
future : 좋을 것 같아요.
with 것 같아요. after 춥다(춥다->추운)
present : 추운 것 같아요.
past : 추웠던 것 같아요.
future : 추울 것 같아요.
