单独来说都是正确的，但在特定的语竟下也许就是错的了。
1.
-你们在哪里见面？
-我在银行跟他见面。T/-我跟他在银行见面。T
2.
-你现在怎么会在银行？
-我跟他在银行见面。F；-我在银行跟他见面。T

both of them are right，the first one is putting the emphasis on bank（银行），and another emphasizes him（他），neither her nor it.
