Where should I put "most often" in this sentence?
"I will investigate the contexts in which these words are most often found" or "I will investigate the contexts in which these words are found most often"? After or before "found"?

Both positions are correct. 'most often found' is a little higher register/formality. Because of this it works slightly better in writing and in situations where you are speaking more formally - an academic presentation for example.

They both work. If I were writing it I would probably use "most often found".
