there is a big difference between 舒服 and 方便 舒服：comfortable / be well / satisfy 方便：convenient / go to the lavatory / have money to spare or lend 我要方便一下。（go to the lavatory） 手头不方便。（have money to spare or lend） 药店：专门经营和销售药物的商店A shop specializing in the management and sale of drugs 药房：1、医院或诊所里放置药品的房间hospital pharmacy；2、药店

In the most common way，we will say: 舒服 means comfortable，it's an adjective for describing subject which makes you feel soft, nice or fluffy (in a good way) e.g. sofa/weather, etc. It can also be used in health conditions as well, when you said ”I am not good. (maybe you got a headache or sth，then you could said like”我有点不太舒服”。 方便 means convenient, an adjective as well which uses to describe sth is okay for you.
