English expression
Hi friends, should I make the word "effort" plural in this context? I think both are good, but I'm not sure.
1. Person A: The class has switched to online,.
Person B: Good thing I did not study at all yesterday, if not, all of my effort would go to waste.
2. Person A: The class has switched to online.
Person B: good thing I did not study at all yesterday, if not, all of my efforts would go to waste.
