What you´re looking in RAE is a noun, "ten", but what you are using is the imperative of "tener", "ten" (for you in singular, and "tened" for you in plural). They look the same, but actually are completely different words.
About "Ten podrías", I´m not sure what you mean, but this is not a correct expression in Spanish and it has not any meaning (???).
The only thing I can figure out is that you might have seen "tú podrías" or "Te podrías"...?
