Hello Evgeniy,
They could be interchangeable yet :
美丽 měilì means only beautiful while
漂亮 piàoliang could mean both beautiful or pretty.
So 漂亮 is more likely to refer to girl's and women beauty, while 美丽 includes also any beautiful thing, scenery etc...
