Hello. In Harley Quinn (an animated series), at the headquarters of a group of supervillains called Legion of Doom, one supervillain comes up to another and starts talking in the mess hall.

I wonder whether "Oh, crazy about Joker and Harley." means "Oh, everyone's crazy about Joker and Harley." or "Oh, I'm crazy about Joker and Harley." Could you tell me, please?

Here 'oh crazy about Joker and Harley' actually means that what they did (trying an open relationship) was crazy. A longer way of saying it could be 'oh, did you hear about that crazy thing Joker and Harley did?
