In advertising, the rules of English are often set aside to some degree. The idea is to attract the customer's attention and create an image in his/her mind of what you are trying to market. And to do all this with as few words as possible. A few of your suggestions are possible. I particularly like #1. #4 would be my second choice. For advertising, I think both of these are fine.

Well something can be "In" vogue in different places at different times. Vogue itself can be a Noun or an Adjective (or even a Verb, but that's a style of dancing). So you could say something like "This is vogue in Korea right now / This is Korean Vogue " or even "This is vogue Korean"

Fair point Michael but wouldn't that be more like " Vogue: Korea" ? I don't think that would be so much a problem with just the phrase "Korean Vogue" because they don't have a copyright on the term or general meaning of the word "Vogue"
