As Fehma Z sad, advice is a noun and advise is a verb. So, when you advise someone, you give them advice. Advice is a thing offered or given, such as a suggested course of action or tip for how to improve. To advise is the action of offering suggestions.

Hi! So in this case, advice is a noun (what you are given when you need help or somebody’s opinion). ie I need some advice on what to wear. On the other hand, advise is a verb (which is the action of giving your opinion to help another person) ie she advised me on how to do my taxes. Hope that helps! If you have any more questions or would like to work with in the future, feel free to send me a message or book a lesson with me!
