Who is the owner of i talki site?

Who cares? I think all the italki members (teachers and students) are the owners, because if we are not here, the site wouldn't exist. :P

According to wikipedia, italki is based in Shanghai, China and was founded by American and Chinese entrepreneurs. It doesn't say the names of the owners
