1. An expression similar to "Damn" and the likes. This can be used as a sign of self frustration, surprise, etc. 2. This is an expression I first heard in the TV series "The Big Bang Theory" often said by Sheldon when he is trying to make a joke or trick other people. Its similar to "Gotcha ya!". 3. This means "Good Luck". 4. This means "Tell me the details" or "Explain it to me" 5. This means that the Person B agrees with Person A's suggestion. (ex. Person A: I think that Avatar is the best movie by James Cameron. Person B: I second that)
