hmmm... well, yeah... in the case of diseases like those. But common, healthy people use that expression and for me is just an exaggeration. =)
If you are scared to death you will have to die !!! otherwise you were not that scared ...

yes,I think it's possible to happen to someone who suffering from heart disease or hypertension.
