"dito" can be a noun or adverb, while "narito" is adjective:
"DITO ako ipinanganak" (I was born HERE) - as a noun
"pumunta ka DITO" (come HERE) - as an adverb
"hindi ako sangayon DITO" (HERE I must disagree) - as an adverb
"NARITO na sila." (HERE they come) - as an adjective
"NARITO ako ngayon." (I'm HERE now.)
"Narito" can also be replaced by "Nandito" that implies the same meaning.

sample sentence= Tayo ay lalakad =We are going to walk
Tayo ka. = You stand up
this is same sentence with same words = tayo na - lets go ; tayo na - stand up now
