"당신과 친구 하고 싶어요" is
"あなたの友達になりたいと思います" (anata no tomodachi ni naritaito omoidesu)
-I want to be your friend
"나랑 친구할래" is
あなたは私の友達になりたいですか? (anata wa watashi no tomodachi ni naritai desuka?)
-Do you want to become my friend?
"友達になりましょう" ( tomodachi ni narimashou )
-let's be friends
友達 - "tomodachi" = friend = 친구
なりましょう - "narimashou" = let's become/ let's be
