Describing being emotionally 'shaken up' or a 'bit shaky' in Chinese are 不安 and 受惊吓 good choices? If someones feeling a bit shaken up or a bit shaky, a lot of the time in English we are tallking about an emotional sensation, like in our heads/mind, if something upsets us, frightens us, makes us feel unsettled etc etc. Its got nothing to do with a real physical shake, its describing emotions/feelings. Would 不安 and 受惊吓 be good words to use, can you think of any others/ better ones? Also I found 焦躁不安 that might be right also?

忐忑不安 can describe the feeling of upsetting and unsettled emotionally and physically, even the charaters looks perfectly fit for this kind of emotion. `the heart up and down`

Maybe 心神不宁 are more suitable for the situation you described.
