Can you learn a language only to understand songs and movies?
I'm learning Spanish but I won't need it anywhere ..not in my job or in my life I don't even have Spanish friends..
but I like it

Aprender un idioma sólo porque te gusta ya es un buen motivo. ¿Qué más necesitas?
Learning a language just because do you like already is a good reason for do it.

It's a good way, I started learning English that way, although it's not enough if you want to speak fluently.

hola, te comento que al menos en mi caso he aprendido muchas frases completas en ingles, y la pronunciación también, suelo ver el movie en english y los subtitles in english also, he aprendido algo de esa forma, take care and hugs.....

Read my advice, it will be a completely waste of time.Learn a language that will be usefull to you because to learn a language requires at least 6 years.
