waterproof / weatherproof
I've thought that waterproof has the same meaning as weatherproof .
But the movie told me that there's a difference.
Is it different or same ?

They are different.
Waterproof = protection against water
Weatherproof = protection against weather (water, wind, heat,...)
I've thought that waterproof has the same meaning as weatherproof ...X
I always thought that waterproof had the same meaning as weatherproof...O
