- (I) remember (you).
覚えてる。 (oboeteru。）
覚えてるよ！（oboeteruyo!)
- (I) havn't forgot (you).
忘れてない。 (wasuretenai`。)
忘れてないよ！(wasuretenaiyo!)

Example akiko chan wo omoidashimasu. Thats what i think. I don't use "you" in meaning of respect.
Also im not sure about informal akiko chan wo omoidashite.
