比如，一个货物从一地运往另一地，中途搬运的时候很粗糙，没有特别小心货物的轻放等，这样就是rough handling---即粗略的搬运或装卸（货物）

rough handling= using force/pushing/hitting
Example:
The burglar was accused of the rough handling of his elderly victim as well as robbery.
