if ur door is open how about give the people a smile,indicated that he can come in

"Please Enter" and "Enter freely" would have roughly the same effect, and more common in a business environment. "Come in" is more informal, and perfect for you to post in a friendly, familiar setting.

I think mostly you would hear "Just come on in." 
or
"No need to knock.  Just come on in"

If I was leaving a sign, I might put "Please just come in.  You don't need to knock."
