You can say also "Bonjour; je suis Shelby" ou "mon nom est Shelby" but the usual one is "Bonjour, je m'appelle Shelby"....

Salut = Hello
Je = I
m'appelle = am called
* 'Bonjour' is more of 'good morning'.
